Arsenal's great star Jack Wilshere has become the leading contender for the vacant coaching position at Luton Town, who is now in a temporary position with England's First Lady.

The Hatters have brought in Matt Bloomfield after poor results recently and Wales is one of the candidates the club are considering.

The 33-year-old Welshman already has a great coaching record: having worked with the Arsenal youth team, being an assistant in Norwich and having resumed the role of time coach after the dismissal of Johannes Hoffa Thorup.

Luton are in 11th place in the English First League after 11 matches and may have just one win in the remaining five rounds.
