Ukrainians are already entering the cards payments of the record cashback for July - more than 507 million UAH, which the state accrued 3.6 million participants in the National Cashback program. To get a refund, you need to have a special card in one of the banks, connect it in DID and pay it for Ukrainian goods registered in the program. This was reported by the Ministry of Economics, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. They noted that this is the largest monthly result from the moment the initiative is launching.

" Now the program has more than 400 thousand positions: products, drinks, building materials, household chemicals, cosmetics, clothes, shoes, furniture, home and animal goods. You can buy them in large national and regional retail chains, pharmacies and even at gas stations.

To check the goods, just scan its barcode in the application. To participate, the consumer needs to open the National Cashback card in one of 20 banks joining the program, and indicate it in DII as a card for payments. It is important that cashback is charged only for purchases paid by these cards.

All Ukrainian manufacturers of consumer goods can join the program, except excisable (alcohol, tobacco, fuel). The main requirement - production should be located in Ukraine, and the products should have a unique barcode. This stimulates not only domestic consumption, but also the development of legal business, because the program works exclusively in non -cash format, which helps to detect the economy. Funds cannot be rented in cash or transferred to other cards, but they are not taxed and are not taken into account when calculating subsidies or benefits. Since the launch in September 2024, the state supported the sale of Ukrainian goods worth about 40 billion UAH. Of these, 32.4 billion UAH occurs in 2025. Accordingly, the participants have already received about 4 billion UAH cashback.
