The Cabinet of Ministers decided to send another 4.8 billion UAH to the program " Funds will be used to finance housing certificates as part of the Home: Compensation for Destroyed Housing. Julia Sviridenko, Prime Minister of Ukraine, wrote about this in her Telegram channel.

According to the head of government, these funds will allow about 3,700 families who have lost their home as a result of Russian aggression, to purchase new housing. Financing is provided for by an agreement between the Ministry of Development of Gromad and Territories and the Bank for the Development of the Council of Europe (BRSA), which was signed during the conference on the restoration of Ukraine (URC) in Rome in July 2025.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the “єvillennaya” program remains a key and most effective tool for assistance to Ukrainians whose houses were damaged or destroyed during the war. Within the framework of the program, more than 120 thousand families have already received compensation.

Previously, Sviridenko said that the Ukrainian government launches an additional mechanism that will allow community to restore housing to be faster, damaged as a result of shelling.
