The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution, which provides for a change in the conditions for the provision of a deferral for pedagogical workers working at least 0.75 rates. If earlier, the postponement was given to teachers before the completion of the school year, now it will be provided for a year, which prevents difficulties during the summer holidays.

The ministry also explained that in the case of the extension of the mobilization period, pedagogical workers can resume the delay, providing an updated certificate from the place of work a week before the previous period. In this case, the certificate should contain confirmation of the position and the size of the share of the rate during wages.

The current legislation also does not provide for students to mobilize during the holidays. In the summer, students retain the right to delay.

If in the summer the student was awarded the agenda, then in any case he should appear in TCC and SP, regardless of whether the student has the basis for delay.
