In Ukraine, the DIA application can become a marketplace - the platform will be allocated to a separate state -owned company that will be able to cooperate with the business and even go to an IPO (primary public proposal). Also, in June, the AI-Agent will work on the portal, which will allow public services in the format of a conventional dialogue.

This was announced by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov during the Dou Day conference. Already in May 2025, the first wave of monetization of. Fedorov said that the first income of the platform can receive in June.

One of the first tools is the design of documents that banks are actively used to remove accounts. For example, in one day through DI, only Monobank opened 22 thousand new accounts.

Financial institutions are ready to pay for such digital integrations, because this reduces expenses, increases the speed of service and expands access to customers. In the future, DIA will open an infrastructure for business: companies will be able to launch their own services right on the platform. This actually makes the application with a digital state marketplace, where each service, each action is a commercial or social unit with a real market value.

Fedorov emphasized that the platform is gradually released into a separate state -owned company, which can become an issuer of shares. That is, DIY will be able to go to IPO, which will become an unprecedented step for the state digital service.

The second front of the transformation is the introduction of the AI \u200b\u200b-agent in DI. Since June, users will be able to interact with government services in the format of a conventional dialogue. AI, which works on the basis of a large language model, will become a personal assistant to every citizen.

For example, it will be enough to write in the chat: “They came to me a certificate of income for 2023” - and the system will independently find the desired document in the registers and send it to the user. This is not just a simplification of the interface - this is a qualitative change in the paradigm of the interaction of a citizen with the state.

It is especially important that AI can help in complex processes, such as applying for compensation for destroyed property. The user will only need to report that his house has suffered, and the system will independently carry out all the stages: from collecting a photo to forming an application and submitting it to the relevant commission.

According to Fedorov, voice access to public services will soon become the norm. Classic buttons and forms will gradually disappear, and AI Assistants will take over the lion's share of the routine bureaucracy.
