During martial law in Ukraine, some citizens may involve socially useful work. Specialists of the Southeast Interregional Department of the State Labor Service told what labor guarantees are persons involved in such work and whether they receive a salary.

The Derzhprazi noted that with each person involved in socially useful work, an urgent employment contract should be concluded.

Experts emphasized that employees of enterprises operating in martial laws for the implementation of socially useful work ensure payment in accordance with the conditions of remuneration of labor established by profession (position) for which they are credited, and the amount of such payment cannot be lower than the amount of the average salary for the main place of work.
