It is noted that the defendant was first detained in Poland, now he is in one of the pre -trial detention center of Kyiv. Law enforcement officers indicate that the detained propagandist was recruited by two Russian services: FSB and foreign intelligence. At the direction of Russians, he discredited Ukraine in an international plane and tried to shake the situation within the partner countries.

In Ukraine, he worked as a “political expert” on Medvedchuk’s channels, and in 2022 he went to the Russian Federation, where he became one of the key ideologists of the media projects of Russians, in particular “another Ukraine” and “Voice of Europe” (Voice of Europe).

In addition, he often visited the current show of propagandist Vladimir Solovyov, in 2023 he appeared 35 times in his programs. There he justified Russian aggression and distributed fakes about the situation in Ukraine.

The defendant organized rallies in Europe in the interests of the Kremlin, at which he called on the international community not to support Ukraine. The detainee also publicly called for the preparation of custom -made terrorist attacks in Ukraine. To do this, he used his channel in Telegram, where he reposted chat bots of special services of the Russian Federation, collecting intelligence on Ukrainian defenders.
