Despite the war, begun by Russia, Ukrainians must pay for utilities in full. Some categories of citizens can apply for the appointment of a housing subsidy. To get it, you need to satisfy certain criteria.

Recipients of housing subsidies should take into account that any changes that may affect the appointment of a subsidy must report a pension fund within 30 days.

In particular, the PFU needs to be informed as follows:.

Changes in the composition of registered persons in a living room or as part of a family, changes in the social status of members of the household;

changes in the list of housing and communal services received or the conditions for their provision;

change of manager or executor of utilities, creation of association of co -owners;

purchase of goods worth more than 100 thousand. UAH or acquisition of property ownership of more than 100 thousand. UAH;

acquisition of generators worth more than 150 thousand. UAH;

acquisition of ownership of vehicles (except for mopeds and trailers), real estate in cities or urban -type villages;

Operations for the purchase of foreign currency, banking metals worth more than 50 thousand. UAH over the past 12 months;

one-time income exceeding the 25-fold subsistence minimum size;

opening a deposit account or the acquisition of bonds worth more than 100 thousand. UAH;

Staying abroad of a household member for more than 60 days;

payment for housing and communal services, if it was carried out by a third party or from the local budget;

Providing housing for internally displaced persons.

Untimely or incomplete notice of the listed changes can lead to a loss of the right to subsidy. After all, according to p. 90 of the Regulation on the procedure for the appointment of housing subsidies determined by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, it is necessary to comply with the terms and rules of informing the PFU authorities.

However, when calculating housing subsidies, they do not take into account the on -average combined income of the family’s one -time state monetary assistance “Zimova єdidrimka” and state monetary assistance, which is accrued in the percentage of the acquired non -cash calculation of the platform “made in Ukraine”.

All this is due to the changes made in p. 7 of the procedure for calculating the average monthly total income of the family (household) for all types of state social assistance, approved by the Resolution of the CBM of 22. 07. 2020 No. 632.
