As follows from the data of the Prozorro system, on April 21, the General Directorate of the State Penitentiary Service of Ukraine of the Ministry of Justice, following the results of the tender, concluded a framework agreement on the supply of potatoes until the end of 2025, or for almost three years.

Now the customer will conduct selections for the delivery of part of the goods in a shorter period, in which the participants in the framework agreement will compete among themselves on the price. The winner of the selection will supply potatoes to penitentiary institutions and pre-trial detention centers in Ukraine.
At the same time, now on the Novus website, potatoes cost from UAH 7.19 per kilogram, ATB - UAH 7.39 per kilogram, Metro - UAH 9.26 per kilogram.. This is 1.5-2 times cheaper than the framework agreement.
