Finland canceled a preliminary measure to freeze Russian assets after the Russian Foreign Ministry sent a corresponding note to the Finnish Foreign Ministry.
“The temporary measure against the Russian Center for Science and Culture has been canceled today. Based on the investigations carried out, there are currently no grounds for confiscation,” said Aki Virtanen, head of the bailiffs’ special execution department, Yle reports..
