According to the statistics agency, the first place in terms of rental cost is the Zakarpattia region, where rent increased by 50.7% to UAH 13,123.

In Kyiv, rent fell by another 3.3% to UAH 7,384. The city remains in third place in terms of cost.

For comparison, the average rent for a 1-room apartment in 2022 across the country soared by 32.7% after falling and amounted to UAH 5,699. The Lviv region took the first place, where rent has risen in price by 2.1 times to UAH 10,977.
