The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has developed a draft document to verify information in the tax authorities on potential recipients of subsidies and benefits. We are talking about the procedure for providing the State Tax Service to the Pension Fund of Ukraine with information from the State Register of Individuals - Taxpayers for the assignment of housing subsidies and / or the provision of benefits.

The document defines the mechanism for providing information by subjects of information exchange in electronic form. In particular, the Pension Fund submits electronic requests to the tax authority for information on the sources and amounts of income of an individual, annual income, on the group of single tax payers to which the individual entrepreneur belongs.. The request may contain information regarding one or more individuals.
The State Tax Service ensures the processing of requests within five days from the date of their receipt and gives an answer.
