Condition for receiving a pension: not earlier than 55 years, regardless of the length of the insurance period.

The amount of the pension payment is 70% of the salary of the deceased breadwinner to family members and the child (but not less than 7800 UAH). If there are two or more children in the family - 50% for each child (but not less than 6100 UAH).

Also, this category is entitled to a pension if they are entitled to:.

retirement regardless of age;

early retirement pension;

concessional retirement pension;

pension with a reduction in the retirement age in accordance with the law or are persons with disabilities.

In the event of the death of a military man, which is not related to the performance of official duties, the following have the right to receive pension payments: parents and spouse (husband) of the breadwinner. Conditions for receiving a pension - reaching the age of 60, regardless of whether they have insurance experience or are persons with disabilities.

The amount of the pension payment is 30% of the salary of the deceased for each family member.

Regardless of the cause of death of the breadwinner, the minimum (two subsistence minimums for disabled persons) and the maximum (10 subsistence minimums for disabled persons) pensions in case of loss of a breadwinner are applied to each disabled family member separately.
