The Ministry of Health noted that during the martial law in Ukraine, the work of MSEC is carried out extraterritorially and in absentia. If a person is abroad, then he can send the necessary medical documents to his family or attending physician on the territory of Ukraine for issuing form 088/o “Referral to MSEK”.
