So, until May 1, 2023, the recipients of the subsidy must pay off all debts for the communal apartment.

A housing subsidy is not assigned if there is an overdue debt for more than three months on payment of housing and communal services, the limitation period for which has not expired and the total amount of which exceeds UAH 680.
