Ukraine plans to confiscate land from agricultural enterprises that is not used for its intended purpose. They can be transferred for the arrangement of sports and recreation parks, the construction of sports and recreation facilities. The purpose of the draft law is to introduce a mechanism for the withdrawal from state agricultural enterprises, institutions and organizations of land plots received for permanent use that are not used for their intended purpose for one year (or more) or are used inefficiently.

According to the draft law, such land plots (or part of them) are planned to be transferred for permanent use to the communities to whose territory they belong (or which they border on), for:.

arrangement of sports and health parks;

construction of sports and recreation facilities;

rehabilitation and sports centers and related infrastructure;

for the allocation of land plots to participants in hostilities (for the construction and maintenance of a residential building, outbuildings and structures).
