The European Office for the Prevention of Abuse and Fraud (OLAF) has gained access to documents or other information in Ukrainian government agencies regarding the technical and financial management of operations partially or wholly funded by the European Union. Such an administrative agreement was signed by the heads of the State Audit Service and OLAF in Kyiv.

It is noted that the document was signed to protect the financial interests of the European Union by combating fraud, corruption and any other illegal activity to ensure the optimal use of available resources, the report says..

The State Audit Service, within its competence, will provide OLAF with all the necessary assistance in conducting investigations on the territory of Ukraine.
