“Such categories of persons will have the opportunity to gain new knowledge and skills in one of the institutions of higher, professional higher and professional education. The list of professions for which a voucher can be issued for training includes construction and civil engineering, cybersecurity, software engineering and other areas determined by the Ministry of Economy.
