Early rise, around 6 am. Immediately there is time for yourself, which is never enough during the day.. The result is peace and quiet, you can go about your business without being distracted while your family is sleeping. This is the ideal time for morning practices, to set up the body to live this day at 100%..
Laziness, unwillingness to get up early is not at all an indicator of fatigue. For me, this is an indicator that I do not want to live my life. Why get out of bed - there is again a gloomy morning, subway, traffic jams, work... Now, if the first thought was “wish it would be morning - a new day! Agree, it is unlikely that with such a feeling, an early rise will be a problem.. Well, it turns out it works both ways.. Life plays with all colors and sparkles - you will easily jump up in the morning. Or... You will easily jump up in the morning - and life will sparkle!
Lightweight nutrition. For the coming changes, we will need an enormous amount of energy..
Probably now it is spent on maintaining our body in a normal, functioning state, despite the influence of alcohol, cigarettes, heavy fatty foods, pastries, sweets... Everyone has their own list of these weaknesses, it is necessary to emphasize. More precisely, delete. You can choose the type of food that you feel is right for you.. I believe in vegetarianism and raw food. But I know one thing for sure: alcohol, chips, sugary soda, processed foods, junk food do not fit into any concept of a healthy diet.. Therefore, all this is excluded. Portions - reduce, and do not fill up before bedtime. For the rest, listen to your body or a nutritionist.. The most important thing is not to burden yourself with the most important tasks of removing and digesting toxins.. On the contrary, it is worth easing his fate as much as possible, feeding him with light, healthy, tasty food.. He will be happy, and you will have energy for action.
Sport. This is my favorite and must have. The tone and health of the physical body is a prerequisite for the health of the spiritual. And movement, as you know, is life.. So, in order to awaken life (and spirit) in a tired body, you need to stir it up! In any way that suits you. My options are yoga, running and dancing. Try to move more every day, in any form: dance in front of the mirror, going to work; refuse the elevator and take the stairs; arrange a full-fledged workout in the gym, it doesn’t matter.
Week 2. Cleaning space, affairs and environment.
Space cleaning. Throwing it all away! Push on the mezzanine - does not count. We put things in order in all corners, on all tables, in all cabinets, in all places. Think - every thing in your house takes not only a piece of space, but also a piece of your energy.. Everyone, even the smallest! She's worth it? At one time I was so carried away by this method that I took out almost all my things in the trash.. Leave only really useful and necessary things, things that make you happy, that inspire you, that you love.. A subtle moment - if you still keep the bear that your loved one gave on February 14, 1998, and you parted with your loved one a long time ago - such “positive” memories have no place next to you. Get rid without thinking! You will see - it will become easier to breathe. Especially if you wipe dust everywhere and wash the floor.
Cleaning up cases and obligations. Remember how many years you are going to learn English. And how long do you promise to call in Novo-Gadyukino to see Aunt Masha? And how many items from the New Year's plan do you transfer over the years to each fresh list? Remember all the promises you made to yourself and others. And decide what to do with them. There are, in fact, two options: (1) do it, (2) abandon them forever, cross them off your list forever. But if you can't cross out Aunt Masha, go straight tomorrow.. Get things done, instead of carrying a load of responsibility and dissatisfaction with yourself.
Cleaning up the environment. End all relationships that drag you back, plunge you into depression.. Refuse to communicate with those who are always criticizing and always dissatisfied with everything. With those who have nothing in common. With those who have nothing to learn. And learn to leave, learn to say no. Allow yourself to be " The exception is parents.. I think they need to build relationships with them.. no matter how hard it was.
Week 3. Plans, goals and dreams.
Write down and execute plans. We just have a to-do list from the previous week.. How is he to you? Causes joy, enthusiasm and a desire to immediately roll up sleeves? If not, perhaps it is worth deleting a few more points from it.. Or - complete them, and then cross out. In both cases, you will find a surge of strength and desire to live.. And also - to add something that makes everything inside freeze in anticipation. Remember what you love, or loved once. Do not forget to plan not only work and money, but also rest, time with friends and loved ones, time for yourself (everyone always forgets this point). You need to write a plan that you want to fulfill, from which your knees will tremble and your hands will itch.. Everything at the same time. Write a book from your life that you yourself would be interested in reading.. And already to this book to add specific deadlines and specific steps.
List of improbables. One of my favorite exercises. I still practice it, and each time I become more and more impudent (although it would seem that? It consists in this: write a list of your dreams that will never come true. Well, they are so cool and so outrageous that you can’t believe in their performance from the word at all. These include world domination and the desire to climb Everest (and you are already 89 years old). Turn off criticism and imagine that all the possibilities of the world are at your feet, you just need to snap your fingers. There is time, money, any necessary connections, there are all the talents that are needed.. What would you like? Plan daily. Every evening write a plan for the next day. Short, exemplary, whatever - but the plan must be. And in the evening - it's important. Even if the next day you never remember the existence of this plan, your productivity will increase significantly.. Checked! And one more thing: do not forget to look into the global plan and ask yourself the question - are you moving there And where to? Are you moving anywhere at all And why?
Week 4. Expanding the boundaries.
Try to live differently. In the smallest things. Go to work a new way. Go to an unfamiliar cafe or a very expensive store. Try a new sport. Try to do something you've never done. Every day, doing the usual things, ask yourself what right now I can do a little differently.? You need to create a habit of trying new things, gradually moving away from the beaten paths..
Get out of your comfort zone. Of course, all the previous points, if you really completed them, are already a good way out of your comfort zone.. But here we go, face our fears. And not only look, but also fight with them. Here I am a supporter of radical methods. afraid of heights? Let's go skydiving. If you are afraid of the boss, we go to the boss with fresh rationalization proposals. Afraid of unfamiliar companies - go to the party, to an unfamiliar company. And alone, so as not to hide behind conversations with a girlfriend / friend. And we study in such field conditions.
Rest. What did you think - just work? Only rest with the obligatory exit from the house, the obligatory shutdown of the Internet, and always alone. And obligatory (and honest! ) feedback to yourself. What was it? How did it go, what changes happened? And how to live on, after all this?
