when a person did not report the circumstances affecting the revision of the right to assign a housing subsidy or its amount, within 30 calendar days from the date of their occurrence.

In case of assigning a housing subsidy for the next period, the authorized body may withhold the amount of the overpaid housing subsidy when paying monthly amounts of subsidies. At the same time, current payments can be reduced by no more than 20 percent..
