According to the specialists of the State Food and Consumer Service, in order to export an animal outside Ukraine, it is necessary to have a veterinary certificate (certificate) form No. 1, issued no later than 5 days before the date of departure. A veterinary certificate will only be issued if the animal:.

clinically great;

has an international veterinary and sanitary passport of the established form;

chipped;

vaccinated against rabies not earlier than 30 days before the date of receipt of the veterinary certificate;

has the results of a laboratory study of blood serum for the presence of antibodies to the causative agent of rabies. a test for the titer of anti-rabies antibodies is carried out on a blood sample, not less than 30 days after the preliminary vaccination and at least 3 months before the date of issue of the certificate.
