Due to the full-scale invasion of Russia in Ukraine, general mobilization and martial law continue. Men liable for military service from 18 to 60 years old are subject to mobilization. The new order of military registration is regulated by Decree No. 1487, which was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers. According to the new Procedure, it is planned to detail the process of maintaining military records by the employer.

The organization of military registration is assigned to the relevant heads of enterprises, and the duties of maintaining - to the HR specialist (in the absence of a separate authorized person). For the implementation of additional duties, such a specialist is paid a remuneration in the amount of 50% of his salary..

Lists of military registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists are maintained in electronic and paper forms. Information about persons liable for military service who are booked for the period of mobilization and wartime are highlighted in the lists of military registration of persons liable for military service.

At the same time, enterprises must, within seven days, notify the territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCC), SBU bodies or units of the Foreign Intelligence Service about hiring a person liable for military service, conscript or reservist or dismissing him from work.

“This is a new normal that needs to be taken into account.. At the same time, the procedure for such notification is also not fully formed.. It is not clear whether such notification should take place by mail or, perhaps, a separate single digital tool will be created, ”the experts noted..

Credentials of employees must be transferred to the TCC once a year until January 25.

The procedure provides that the enterprises should be posted leaflets on the rules of military registration, which will be in the public domain for familiarization of all employees.

At the same time, representatives of the TCC can check the proper accounting by visiting the enterprise and documentary reconciliation.

What are the penalties for violating the rules of military registration.

Violation of the rules for keeping records of persons liable for military service at the enterprise entails administrative liability:.

for the responsible person of the enterprise - a fine from 3400 to 5100 UAH;

for an employee - a fine from 1700 to 3400 UAH.

The Procedure also establishes the obligation of heads of enterprises, in the event of receiving orders from district (city) TCCs, SBU bodies, units of the Foreign Intelligence Service, to notify employees of the call, bring to their attention the order to that effect under signature and, if necessary, hand over the summons for the appearance of the relevant.

At the same time, the legislative requirements for the execution of such agendas have not changed, as before, such agendas must be issued by the head of the relevant TCC.
