The Cabinet of Ministers has amended a number of resolutions on the state registration of vehicles, transferring part of the services to an electronic format or defining a clear list of actions related to state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles, which should greatly facilitate these processes for car owners. Thus, a list of services for the re-registration of vehicles has been defined, which the owner of the vehicle can order through the driver's electronic account or through the Diya Portal..

What specific services can be carried out through Diya will become known after the promulgation of the text of the resolution. Melnichuk specified that it would be possible to do this by submitting an application in the electronic form, the filling of the forms (fields) of which will be carried out automatically.

The Cabinet of Ministers also determined an exhaustive list of registration actions related to state registration (re-registration), deregistration of vehicles carried out without an expert examination of the vehicle by specialists of the Expert Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and / or forensic experts of state specialized institutions.

In addition, the government has amended the resolutions of the CMU on the admission of citizens to drive vehicles.. Among other things, in terms of clarifying certain provisions regarding the exchange of a foreign driver's license for a national driver's license.
