President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky congratulated Ukrainians on the Day of the Constitution, the fundamental law of Ukraine, the first three articles of which declare that Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social, legal state, its sovereignty extends to its entire territory, and a person, his life and health,.

“We adopted the fundamental law of the state 26 years ago. 26 years later, defending our state is the basic law for us. Why? The answer is in the preamble of the Constitution..
