Fortifications under the guise of residential buildings are being built in temporarily occupied Mariupol. Russian occupiers are already preparing for a counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Mariupol City Council announced this on Telegram.

The mayor of the city, Vadim Boychenko, said that the Russian invaders want to use Mariupol residents as a human shield - without further disclosure, the occupiers began to build supposedly residential buildings.
