According to the Spanish edition of Mundo Deportivo, Catalan Barcelona in the previous summer transfer campaign turned down an impressive offer from English Manchester regarding the possible transfer of striker Ansu Fati.

The Red Devils agreed to part with the sum of 150 million euros, but the position of Blaugranas was unambiguous - the player will remain in the team.

In the new season, Fati managed to play only 10 matches (596 minutes), in which he distinguished himself with five goals scored and four assists, after which he was permanently taken out of the game by a meniscus tear.

The 18-year-old is expected to return in early March 2021.
