Banning 112, Zik and NewsOne TV channels is considered a necessary step by 34.6% of Ukrainians, 40.8%, on the contrary, consider this decision to be wrong.

This is evidenced by the survey data of the Kiev International Institute of Sociology.

Answering the question, do you support the decision of the President and the NSDC to ban the broadcasting of three TV channels, 43% answered that they do, do not support - 40.3% of the respondents.

15.2% of the respondents could not determine their position on this issue, another 1.4% refused to answer.

At the same time, as sociologists note, 34.6% of Ukrainians consider the closure of 112 Ukraine, NewsOne and ZIK a necessary step to protect the state.

According to 40.8% of respondents, this is a mistake that only restricts the rights of citizens.

22.4% of respondents found it difficult to answer, another 2.2% refused to voice their point of view.
