In Kharkov, unknown persons threw 2 Molotov cocktails on the balcony of an apartment located on the first floor of a multi-storey building.

According to the communications department of the State Institution of the National Police in the Kharkiv region, the 59-year-old owner of the apartment reported the incident to law enforcement officers.

Information about the incident is included in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations for h. 4 st. 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 7 years.
