Widespread COVID-19 is observed in 18 regions of Ukraine

COVID-19 is widespread in Kiev and 17 regions of Ukraine. This follows from the indicators published on the website of the Ministry of Health.

As of September 8, a sufficient number of tests are being carried out in all regions; in six regions, hospitals are filled by more than 50% within five days: these are Kiev, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Odessa, Ternopil and Chernivtsi regions.

The incidence exceeds the threshold level in Kiev and 17 regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Transcarpathian, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lviv, Nikolaev, Odessa, Rivne, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkov, Khmelnitsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi and Chernigov.

The highest incidence per 100,000 people in two weeks is in Ternopil (256.5), Chernivtsi (229.0) and Ivano-Frankivsk (172.4) regions.

Over the past day in Ukraine, coronavirus was diagnosed in 2,411 people, a record number of cases died - 57. LIGABiznesInform informs about it.
