American actress, star of the show "District Melrose" Heather Locklear, who was recently accused of beating a police officer and obstructing detention, faces trial.
As previously reported, in June of this year, 57-year-old Locklear was arrested for using physical force against police officers and health workers, and then taken to hospital because of a possible drug overdose.
Now, however, a new lawsuit is being prepared against Locklear.. It alleges that Heather insulted and seriously injured the abusive legs of the ambulance assistant Jennifer Hein-Hilton, who was among the doctors who came to call him..
Jennifer claims that on June 24 Heather insulted and then hit her, and so much that Hein-Hilton could not work for some time, because of which she lost part of her salary. But that's not all.. According to Jennifer, who, by the way, is a single mother, Locklear wished her three children to die of AIDS, reports TMZ portal.
Now, ambulance officials ask Locklear to cover all the expenses that Hein-Hilton had to incur.. First, the actress will have to pay compensation for the treatment of his victim, reimburse her wages, and also pay for the moral damage caused to her..
However, according to a lawyer, Paramedic, Locklear ignores all requirements and does not want to make contact..
"Obviously, she is not going to take responsibility for her actions," said Kevin Flavavan..
Official representatives Heather this incident has not yet commented.
Recall that in late February of this year, Heather Locklear was arrested for beating her boyfriend.
