In Kiev during the conflict in the shuttle bus, the man pushed his opponent, he lost his balance, fell out of the cabin and hit his face on the asphalt. As a result, the victim died in an ambulance on his way to the hospital. On this fact criminal proceedings have been started.

This is reported by the Police Communications Department of Kiev.

"The Svyatoshinsky police department received a message that a man without consciousness is lying on Bolshaya Koltsevaya Street ... It is preliminarily known that at the bus stop between the two men there was a conflict between the two men. As a result, one of them pushed the other, from which he lost his balance, fell on the street and hit his head, "- said in a statement.

From the received trauma the victim has died in a carriage "fast". Now the police establish his identity. Another participant in the conflict was detained. He was a 43-year-old native of the Zhitomir region.

Investigative department of Svyatoshinsky police department launched criminal proceedings on h. 1 st. 119 (Murder on imprudence) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to five years of imprisonment.
