Belgian attacking midfielder Anthony Limbombe moved from Bruges to Nantes.

Nantes purchased the winger Anthony Limbomb from Bruges, the official website of the "Canaries".

The 24-year-old Belgian signed a five-year contract with his new club, and the transfer amount was eight million euros, which is a record purchase in the history of Nantes.

Limbombe is a pupil of Genk, and moved to Bruges in the summer of 2016 from the Netherlands NEC. In total for Bruges Anthony spent 67 matches in which he scored seven goals and gave 12 assists.

In May of this year, he made his debut for the national team of Belgium.

After two rounds Nantes, who works under the guidance of the former coach of the Miner, takes the last place in the standings of League 1, having lost both matches.
