Attackers have organized and during the last two years have established the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances among cadets of one of the military universities of Kharkov.

The criminal activity of the group was exposed by the employees of the special police unit of the State Unitary Enterprise of the State Political Infrastructure in the Kharkiv region together with the Department of Military Counterintelligence of the Security Service of Ukraine and under the procedural leadership of the Military Prosecutor's Office of the Kharkov Garrison.

Pre-trial investigation found that the detainees purchased psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs using Internet resources, packed and subsequently sold to buyers.

During the operational activities, police officers documented the criminal activities of intruders.

Established about ten people - cadets high school, who bought drugs for personal use.

As part of the pre-trial investigation by law enforcement officers, a number of authorized searches were carried out, during which one of the servicemen seized narcotic drugs and equipment adapted for the use of psychotropic substances, as well as draft records on the accounting of acquired and sold drugs and cash received from marketing.

The organizer of the narcobusiness was informed about the suspicion of committing a criminal offense provided for. 2 items. 307 (illegal production, manufacture, acquisition, storage, transportation, transfer or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of this article provides for up to ten years of imprisonment. Investigation continues.
