The Finance Ministry of the Sverdlovsk Region has changed the parameters of the region's budget for 2018. The forecast on incomes and expenses of regional treasury is increased. Such a decision was made at the meeting of the region's Legislative Assembly. This will allow, first of all, to continue fulfilling the decrees of the President of Russia and the instructions of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, the Department of Information Policy of the Governor.
The revenue part of the budget grew by 7.4 billion rubles, the adjusted forecast for revenues of the regional budget for 2018 amounted to 221 billion rubles. Expenditures of the regional budget for 2018 were increased by 4.8 billion rubles and amounted to 230 billion.
As explained by the vice-governor - the Minister of Finance of the Sverdlovsk region Galina Kulachenko, this allows to increase the allocation of the road fund of the Sverdlovsk region, implement measures to increase the payment of workers in the budgetary sphere, provide subsidies to agricultural producers, reduce the cost of servicing the public debt. The budget deficit will be reduced by 2.6 billion rubles.
"Today we see revenue growth in the main tax sources. So, only the profit tax for January-February of the current year grew by 1.5 times relative to the corresponding period of the previous year, which gives us the opportunity to make significant changes to the budget, "said Vladimir Tereshkov, Chairman of the Committee on Budget, Taxes and Finances of the Legislative Assembly of the Region.
Expenditure on healthcare increased by 1.2 billion rubles. Of these, more than a billion are planned to be spent on providing benefits to people with medicines, medical products, as well as to provide specialized food for children with disabilities.
The budget allocations for the region's road fund have been increased by 1.7 billion rubles. It is planned to send 818.6 million rubles to municipalities for the construction, reconstruction, repair of public roads of local importance. 335 million rubles - to repair roads of regional and intermunicipal significance, about 55 million - for maintenance of highways of regional significance.
Expenditures for the agro-industrial complex were increased by 157 million rubles, which allowed allocating additional funds to subsidize agricultural producers to increase productivity in dairy cattle breeding.
