Klimkin did not name the exact days and dates of the beginning of the exchange of prisoners, but probably the exchange will take place according to the formula "all at all". It will be especially difficult to resolve all legal issues. Klimkin is preparing to meet with Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov to discuss all the final nuances.
