Such actions were taken by people after the judge decided to let Ivan Fursin, deputy of the People's Deputy of Ivan Fursin, head of "Smila Energoinvest" LLC, Andrei Karpenko, whose company should provide the city with heat. A group of men was not with the judge's decision and blocked his exit, threatening with physical violence. Law enforcers were able to ensure the evacuation of the judge, but people started to block the main exit at the courthouse.

Recall that the city of Smila is already a day without providing heat, which is why the local residents were forced to sue in court on the beneficiary company Andrei Karpenko. He was arrested on December 5th.
