Discussion of the ban on the show "Matchmaker", the production of which is engaged in "Quarter 95", in Ukraine does not cease.

His support for the head of the "Quarter" Vladimir Zelensky yesterday expressed the Ukrainian defenders. Now the situation was commented by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zoryan Shkiryak.

He believes that there was no urgent need to prohibit "matchmakers" in Ukraine.

"To my deep conviction, there was not any urgent need to ban the series, which was shot by Ukrainian artists for Ukrainian money," - said the adviser on the air of the television channel "Straight".

Shkiryak noted that the decision of the Security Service to prohibit the entry into Ukraine of one of the "Matchmakers" Fyodor Dobronravov was true. Moreover, the adviser stressed that the SBU was supported by the creators of the series.

Also, the adviser drew attention to the fact that so far on Ukrainian TV series are released with the participation of actors who have long been persona non grata in our country.

"As far as I know, the authors of the series are quite calm about this and, moreover, support such a ban. But there is a certain dissonance: on other TV channels, in particular, on the central are openly anti-Ukrainian series, where the "Soviet" army is being propagated, where they show "heroic" Russian or Soviet soldiers. And in these series are participating the same actors who are banned from entering the SBU. The question arises: where is the truth in this situation? I am convinced that we need to carefully approach these issues and in no case should we try to cut from the shoulder, "- summed up Shkiryak.

Recall that on November 28 in the "black list" of the Ministry of Culture was introduced by Fyodor Dobronravov, an actor who plays the main role in the series "Matchmakers". After that, the head of the Goskino reported on his Facebook page that the rental card was canceled.
