Police on suspicion of kidnapping detained three students of Kyiv National Shevchenko University. Two of them are citizens of Russia. This is reported by LB. ua with reference to his source in the police. It is reported that the students took hostages of a resident of Kiev and demanded from their relatives 5 thousand dollars. Having received 30 thousand hryvnia, they released their hostage in the center of Kiev, after which they were immediately detained by policemen. A criminal case was opened on the article on illegal deprivation of liberty. As reported, in Kiev, in front of passers-by, a woman was abducted. Earlier in the Kiev region, the kidnappers of a doctor were detained.
