In Kiev, a car that was parked on the sidewalk was dirty with the used diaper.

"Diaper as a weapon! Wrote a script, went out for coffee, witnessed the results of direct action. Some kind "good" man completely blocked off his car pavement. And some mom with a stroller apparently could not pass through the crack that remained for the passage.
