Curious and attentive fans caught a hint of the plot from the film "Seven", where Paltrow plays the wife of Detective Mills. He is engaged in the investigation of murders, and at the end of the film the detective is handed a box with the severed head of his wife.

At that costume Gwyneth consisted of the same box that the star wore on her head.
