The publication says that, in accordance with its five-year space program, Pyongyang will launch several satellites, including stationary satellites. Their intentions of the DPRK authorities are explained by the fact that it "will improve people's lives".

Some countries manipulated the UN resolutions on sanctions against the DPRK and prevented the development of the space program.

Pyongyang also emphasizes that it has the right to develop the space program, like "any sovereign state".

As previously reported in URA-Inform, North Korea conducted a military exercise in the event of a nuclear war. The exercises involved both civilians, security officers, police, military and ordinary officials. In order not to attract enemy aviation, a special method of "blackout" has been worked out, in which the public and agencies turn off the light so as not to attract the attention of the enemy.
