Pechersky District Court of Kiev on Friday, October 6, elected a preventive measure for a 43-year-old man who broke a monument erected in Kiev in honor of the heroes of Heavenly hundreds. This was reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Kiev. It is noted that the court determined for the detained man the measure of restraint in the form of two months of arrest with the alternative of making 320 thousand hryvnia of the pledge. A man is charged with committing a crime, stipulated by art.. 194 Criminal Code of Ukraine on willful damage to property. The sanction of the article provides for maximum punishment in the form of three years of imprisonment. Recall earlier reported that in Kiev, defeated the monument to the Heroes of Heaven hundreds. The attacker explained that he had done this to end the war in the Donbas.
