In Berlin, the first quarter-final battle of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS). In the weight category of 90.7 kg came together the Ukrainian Alexander Usik and the German Marco Huck.

The battle took place in Berlin and ended with the victory of Usik TKO in the 10th round.

The Ukrainian dominated throughout the battle, and his counterpart from time to time included dirty tricks, which is well known for.

In the 8th round, Usik slipped and fell, and Hook decided to take advantage of the moment and hit his opponent. The referee withdrew a point from the German.

In the 10th round after a series of punches Sasha Hook was already barely standing on his feet, so the referee stopped the fight.

So, Usik retained his WBO title and reached the WBSS semi-finals.

Winners will receive a cash prize and a special trophy - the Mohammed Ali Cup.
