Serov police department in court sent a criminal case on charges of a local woman in robbery and robbing her own grandmother.

The woman-figurant of the criminal case was repeatedly brought to criminal liability: for committing robbery in 2009, in 2014 - for willful causing of serious harm to health and fraud. She was released from prison in June 2016, but she did not get on the path of correction, she abused alcohol, did not work.

In the middle of June 2017, a message from the emergency department about hospitalization with bodily injuries of an elderly woman born in 1929 living in the village of Energetikov. The victim reported that the granddaughter she raised, beat her and tried to steal money.

During the trial the police found out that the old woman was injured at the hands of her granddaughter not for the first time. The girl at the time of committing crimes was wanted for theft, including in relation to her grandmother.

During the investigation it was established that the granddaughter had beaten her grandmother since the end of April 2017. The first time she abducted her 7,000 rubles, the second time - 600 rubles.

"The suspect was detained by a patrol policemen detachment, taken into custody," said investigator of the investigative department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Serovsky" Natalia Scherbiy. - For today, on two facts of property theft, the citizen was convicted and sentenced to real imprisonment for a period of 1 year 6 months. On the other crimes detected, committed against a relative, stipulated in part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - robbery (in two cases), part 1 of Article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - robbery and part 3 of Article 30 and part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - attempted robbery - Criminal cases with indictment sent to the court for consideration on the merits ".
