The Chinese Football Association (CFA) in July sent a list of debtor clubs to the Asian Football Confederation (AFC). Now the clubs have to solve the problems with arrears before August 15 and send confirmation to the CFA. Otherwise, they risk not getting a certificate to participate in the next draw of the Chinese Super League, reports The Mirror.
Among the debtors were and such rich clubs as the six-time champion of the country Guangzhou Evergrand, Shanghai SIPG, Shanghai Shenhua, Jiangsu Sunin and others. Among the Super League participants, only Henan Jianye, Guizhou Zhicheng and Yanbian Fude have no problems.
The CFA has not yet reacted to the request of The Mirror with a request to clarify the situation.
