Today in the EMERCOM of Russia in Sverdlovsk region a solemn ceremony of rewarding the volunteer of the search group "Falcon" Pavel Karpenko who found 4-year-old Dim Peskov, lost in the area of ??the Reftinsky reservoir on June 10.

For the shown selflessness by the order of the minister of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Russia Pavel was awarded with a breastplate "To the participant of liquidation of consequences of an emergency situation". The award was presented to the hero by the deputy chief of the Main Directorate of the Ministry for Emergencies of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region Valery Kazakov, the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
