In Krasnoturinsk, a man digging a viewing pit in a garage on Traktoristov Street, found a skull with bones. Investigators assume that it is most likely the remains of a German prisoner of the Theological labor camp, writes "Evening Krasnoturinsk".

"Previously, this place was the old cemetery. Opposite the house where the skeleton was found, there is a commemorative sign "Prisoners of War, victims of the Second World War". Human remains lay either in a coffin, or in some box that almost rotted, "- explained the senior investigator of the Krasnoturinsky investigatory department Dmitry Mikhalev.

The skull and three humerus bones will be sent for examination to find out whether the person's death was violent. According to the investigators, this is the first time that the skeleton remains of the prisoners of the Theological camp.

Recall, the Theologian was created on November 15, 1940. In total, 18.1% of the laborers died in it. From 1941 to 1945, the camp was visited by 70,610 people, of which 20,711 were Soviet Germans. The theologian was closed on January 26, 1949.
