International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) refused to admit to international starts 28 Russian athletes.

In the opinion of the organization, the athletes surrendered insufficient number of doping tests. This was told by the executive director of the All-Russian Athletics Federation (VFLA) Alexander Parkin.

"Among these 28 athletes there are veterans, this is especially offensive, and could allow. Inadequacy is due to the lack of adequate doping tests. VFLA is concerned about the restoration of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency, we hope that the organization will be restored in rights and testing will be at our proper level, "said Parkin.

In general, refusal to admit to international competitions has already received 45 Russian athletes.

Recall that on the eve of admission to international competitions under the neutral flag received three Russian athletes, among them - ex-Ukrainian Vera Rebrik.
