Ex-midfielder of Barcelona Xavi Hernandez said that he expects from the upcoming Champions League final and from the World Cup 2022.

Xavi, now serving in Qatar for the club Al-Sadd, this season became the owner of two trophies.

In an interview with Le Parisien, the player shared his expectations from the Champions League final in Cardiff, where Juventus and Real Madrid will meet.

Also Xavi, who is the ambassador of the FM-2022 in Qatar, spoke about the tournament.

"This will be the first World Cup in the Arab world to the country. From a football point of view, I think it will be the best world championship in history.

Why? Usually the World Cup is held at the end of the season, and players who play a lot throughout the year are tired. At the World Cup in Qatar, the players will be in their best condition, as the competitions will be held between November and December ".
