Against the free sale of agricultural land are 49.7% of Ukrainians.

This is evidenced by the data of a joint survey of Sociopolis companies: Social, Political & Market Research and 2call cotact center.

Introduction of free sale of agricultural land in Ukraine is supported by 8.9% of respondents. At the same time, 35.15% of respondents believe that such a sale can be resolved only if conditions are created that do not allow it to be bought up for a pittance from current owners.

Earlier, the International Monetary Fund said that the land market in Ukraine should be launched as soon as possible.

The authorities promised to adopt by the end of May this year a law regulating the turnover of land, and in 2018 - to launch their sale.
